This photo shows the remaining pieces in the final stage of taking down the installation I made for my art academy graduation. I was surprised that these left over pieces could have been a work on it’s own. Today the photo reminds me of looking at things differently. Making ‘the big intervention’ was the maxim of a teacher of mine. Don’t be afraid to take something you’ve made apart, to remove something, or to put it upside down. Sometimes starting over and trying to look at it from a different angle is the best way to go.
